Terms & Conditions of service

The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect as an Art of Reinvention client:

This Agreement for Travel Planning Services (herein the “Agreement”) is made by and between Art of Reinvention, LLC (herein “ART”) and clients of Art of Reinvention, LLC, including all users of the Art of Reinvention Client Experience App  (herein “Clients”). 

Whereas ART is in the business of providing professional travel planning and art services; and whereas Clients wish to engage the services of ART, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. 

Now therefore, and in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions set forth below. 

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 

ART shall provide travel planning services (herein the “Services”) for Clients, including, but not limited to, itinerary design, air travel, and hotel bookings (herein the “Travel Services”) as requested and approved by Clients. Additional Travel Services include restaurant reservations, transportation, spa appointments, activities, private tours, retreats, and other travel-related logistics. ART shall also provide art services (herein the “Art Services”) including, but not limited to editing, print design, and print products. Clients also agree to terms and services of Pic-Time.  

2. INITIAL INITIATION FEE 

Clients shall pay an initiation fee to ART (herein the “Initiation Fee”) of $100 in order to access the app and commence any travel planing services. Once the Initiation Fee is received, ART will begin all planning Services. Fees and costs for purchasing the Travel Products shall be borne by Clients, and shall be paid directly to the company providing the Travel Products (herein the “Travel Product Providers”). Should you need to cancel your trip for any reason, this fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

3. THERE WILL BE NO BREAKDOWN OF FEES 

Clients are aware that many trips will come as a package cost. 

BY USING THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE APP AS A CLIENT OF ART OF REINVENTION, CLIENTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
